Neutrosophic Soft Filter Structures Concerning Soft Points

In this paper, the concept of neutrosophic soft filter (NSF) and its basic properties are introduced. Later, we set up a neutrosophic soft topology with the help of a NSF. We also give the notions of the greatest lower bound and the least upper bound of the family of neutrosophic soft filters (NSFs), NSF subbase, NSF base andexplore some basic properties of them.

Autism Spectrum Diagnosis using Adaptive Learning Algorithm for Multiple MLP Classifier

A medical condition that causes disability and early neurological and cognitive condition is autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Gene expression and environment have an impact on this medical condition. Development of diagnostic instruments and skills improved the autism recognition and increased the society awareness about it. To cope with this disorder collaboration between families, service providers, and autistic individuals is a necessity. Early diagnosis of ASD could help in lessening stress, increase adaptation, and support welfare in healthcare systems. Therefore, a large body of research is attempting to provide an intelligent medical diagnostic system to identify and diagnose ASD in early stages using machine learning methods. In this paper, several multilayer perceptron neural network is proposed for ASD detection in healthcare systems. The learning rate is adaptively tuned to achieve the best results. The results show that the approach proposed in this study achieved 99.6% accuracy, which indicates the superiority of the proposed method in identifying and detecting autism disorder in comparison with similar previous methods.

The effect of e-accounting and mediated by internal control system on the performance of SME in Iraq

E- accounting within the company add value to the company, such as high quality, fast decision making, cost reduction and easy to use so as to perform key activities in value chain effectively and efficiently, improve quality and improve efficiency (Suzan et al., 2020). Recently, the request to explore online financial transaction have been stipulated due to the soaring impact on the bureaucratic accomplishment (Al-Delawi and Ramo,2020). The existing literature indicates that various studies have been undertaken to examine how e-accounting influence the in-house control system and the concert, in the various theoretical frameworks. Nevertheless, researches which investigate the different magnitudes of e-accounting is relatively low. Only a few studies have examined the e-accounting characteristics on internal control system as well as its performance. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of research exploring how the above relationships are affected by the constructs. The current study, therefore, explores the link between the quality of information, cost savings, quick decision-making and easy to use by using e-accounting to tract the control system the inside the company and its performance. The relationship between the control system in the company and its output is explored by the current research. The research model comprises of  a list presumption which is  used to investigate the outcomes, and 345 accountants working at the commercial SME in Iraq are involved as the respondents. The analysis is conducted through Smart PLS to confirm that the e-accounting features impact the concert and the efficiency of internal control system positively. The results obtained is noteworthy in the theory and practice through a finer-grained in the understanding of the impact of SME in relation to the characteristics of e- accounting, the control system in the company and its presentation.

PROMTHEE Plithogenic Pythagorean Hypergraphic Approach in Smart Materials Selection

  The production sectors are optimizing its profit with the employment of smart materials at recent times and one of the challenges faced is the selection of smart materials. This article proposes a new decision-making method based on the approach of PROMTHEE plithogenic Pythagorean hypergraph. The efficiency of the proposed method is determined in the selection of smart materials that are significantly utilized in the production processes by the production sectors. In this research work, the decision making on smart material selection environment is characterized by four major influencing factors such as production processes, operational necessities, fiscal constraints and external effects with eighteen sub-factors. The main objective of this research work is to determine the core sub-factors persuading the selection of smart materials based on the five-point scale of expert’s opinion represented as Pythagorean neutrosophic number. Out of eighteen sub-factors four significant factors belonging to each of the major factors were identified by this method.  The plithogenic hypergraphs with Pythagorean representation are the extension of plithogenic hypergraphs and the novel decision - making method with the integration of PROMTHEE developed in this article will certainly benefit the decision makers on smart material selection. Comparative analysis on the criteria is also made based on Pythagorean neutrosophic sets & neutrosophic sets.

Neutrosophic δ-Open Maps and Neutrosophic δ-Closed Maps

The neutrosophic δ-open set is one of the strongest forms of neutrosophic topological spaces. In this article, we introduce the concept of neutrosophic δ-open maps and neutrosophic δ-closed maps and investigate their neighbor maps such as δS, δp & e* open maps and closed maps of neutrosophic topological spaces. Also, we analyze some of their related properties and extension to neutrosophic e*- homeomorphism and neutrosophic e* T½-space in neutrosophic topological spaces. Furthermore, these kinds of δ-open functions have strong application in the area of neural networks and image processing theory.

COVID-19 Decision-Making Model using Extended Plithogenic Hypersoft Sets with Dual Dominant Attributes

Plithogenic Hypersoft set is the multi argument function with plithogenic universe of discourse and single dominant attribute value. The theory of plithogenic sets deals with the attributes and it is of the form (P, a, V, d, c) characterized by the degree of appurtenance and contradiction. This paper introduces the approach of plithogenic hypersoft sets with two independent dominant attribute values pertaining to each attribute to handle the dual system of decision making. The proposed decision making model is validated with the data of the present COVID -19 pandemic situations. The objective of the model is to rank the patients being identified as asymptotic and affected using Frequency Matrix Multi Attributes Decision making system. Combined plithogenic hypersoft representations of the degree of appurtenance between the patients and the attribute values make the decision-making model more comprehensive and feasible. The developed model can be extended to other decision making environment with various forms of degree of appurtenance.

ERP Implementation Road Map for Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs)

The definitions of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) vary from country to country and industry to industry, each country or region has their own definition which depends on who defines it and where is utilized. SMEs play an essential role in most economies, particularly in developing countries. Many large enterprises depend on SMEs (Startups) for their supply chain; thus, SMEs need to adopt Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems more and more. Since ERP system adoption is a challenging project in SMEs, the main purpose of this article is to propose an ERP implementation roadmap for SMEs. This work proposes a road map for ERP implementation in SMEs. It consists of three major stages and eight phases. The paper concludes that even though ERP is important to SMEs, its implementation is challenging, and organizations must prepare adequately to get it right.

A Survey on Sentiment Analysis Algorithms and Techniques For Arabic Textual Data

The concept Sentiment means the feeling, behavior, belief, or attitude towards something that almost being embedded. sentiment analysis is the process of analyzing, extracting, studying, and classifying the various reviews, opinions are given by people, and human’s emictions into positive, negative, neutral. It is considered one of the most significant scientific branches that aim to determine the behavior of the speaker, the attitude of the writer according to some topic, or the overall emotional reaction to website, document, event, interaction, products, or services. many users can share every day various opinions on different topics that may be detected or embedded by using micro-blogging which considered a rich resource for sentiment analysis and belief mining such as Facebook, Twitter, forums, and Blogs. recently a huge number of posted comments, tweets, and reviews of different social media websites include rich information in addition to most of the on-line shopping sites provide the opportunity to customers to write reviews about products in order to enhance the sales of those products and to improve both of product quality and customer satisfaction. manual analysis of these large reviews is practically impossible thus it is needed to discover an automated approach to solving such a hard process. In the Middle East and particularly in the Arab world, social media websites continue to be the top-visited websites especially with the current social and political changes in this part of the world. the main objective of that research is to differentiate between various algorithms and techniques of sentiment analysis and classification dependent on the Arabic language as a little number of researchers discusses that point relevant to the Arabic language. Different algorithms and techniques of data mining such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB), Bayesian Network (BN), Decision tree (DT), k-nearest neighbor (KNN), Maximum Entropy (ME), and Neural Network (NN) in addition to many other alternative techniques which are used for analyzing and classifying textual data. For the reasons of difficulties in analyzing and mining a large number of linguistic words for their Those techniques are estimated based on the Arabic language due to its richness and diversity. The comparison between data mining techniques showed that the most accurate technique is the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. every successful sentiment depends on two essential analysis tools are language and culture.

Leading From Powerlessness: A Third-way Neutrosophic Leadership Model For Developing Countries

  We argue that there are essentially two chief leadership models: the hard-style and soft-style leadership. From Neutrosophic point of view, there can be a third way, between hard-style leadership and soft-style leadership model, which may be more relevant to many of people in developing countries as well as in developed countries, who feel “powerless” and “hopeless” especially in this pandemic situation. We prefer to call this new approach: leading from powerlessness. The third-way Neutrosophic leadership model may also mean partially hard-style and partially soft-style leadership.
