On Finite and Infinite NeutroRings of Type-NR[8,9]

NeutroRings are alternatives to the classical rings and they are of different types. NeutroRings in some cases exhibit different algebraic properties, and in some cases they exhibit algebraic properties similar to the classical rings. The objective of this paper is to revisit the concept of NeutroRings and study finite and infinite NeutroRings of type-NR[8,9]. In NeutroRings of type-NR[8,9], the left and right distributive axioms are taking to be either partially true or partially false for some elements; while all other classical laws and axioms are taking to be totally true for all the elements. Several examples and properties of NeutroRings of type-NR[8,9] are presented. NeutroSubrings, NeutroIdeals, NeutroQuotientRings and NeutroRingHomomorphisms of the NeutroRings of type-NR[8,9] are studied with several interesting examples and their basic properties are presented. It is shown that in NeutroRings of type-NR[8,9], the fundamental theorem of homomorphisms of the classical rings holds.

The General Exponential form of a Neutrosophic Complex Number

In this paper, the general exponential form of a neutrosophic complex number is defined by virtue of the formula for indeterminacy in the angle (θ+ϑI), where (θ+ϑI) is the indeterminate angle between two indeterminate parts of the coordinate axes (x-axis and y-axis), and the general trigonometric form of a neutrosophic complex number is defined. In addition, we also provide theorems with proofs for how to find the conjugate of neutrosophic complex numbers by using the general exponential form, division of neutrosophic complex numbers by the general exponential form, multiplying two neutrosophic complex numbers by the general exponential form, and the inverted neutrosophic complex number by the general exponential form.

Pythagorean Neutrosophic Fuzzy Graphs

In this paper, we present the new idea of pythagorean neutrosophic fuzzy graphs (PNFG). Pythagorean neutrosophic set [PNS] is a generalization of neutrosophic set with dependent neutrosophic components and Pythagorean fuzzy set with condition 0≤〖μ_A (x)〗^2+〖β_A (x)〗^2+〖σ_A (x)〗^2≤2 . The main aim of this article is to apply pythagorean neutrosophic  set to fuzzy graphs. Thus we extend some of the basic properties for this PNFG along with few examples.

Harassment on Social Networks

The current generation was practically born with technology and has evolved along with the form of communication since ICTs have provided countless platforms for personal relationships to be more effective virtually. As for harassment on social networks, these cases have not been able to be eradicated per se. This type of harassment occurs in different forms since there are different types of harassment in social networks such as harassment, blackmail, humiliation, insults, extortion, and teasing. That is why the objective of this work is to evaluate, through a critical legal analysis document, how the violation of privacy affects those who suffer from harassment or extortion in social networks in the Babahoyo canton. And in order to obtain the results, qualitative and quantitative methods were used. In the same way, a previous digital survey was applied to certain inhabitants of the citadel: El Mamey. There must be always accompaniment that, in case of being victims of harassment and violence, to make them feel heard and not guilty, to fully guarantee the rights that all the inhabitants of the Babahoyo canton have.

Results Produced with the Municipal Ordinance on the Covid19 Health Emergency

This paper carries out a study on the municipal ordinance of the canton of Babahoyo, which in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy, and Decentralization, establishes the responsibility of the Decentralized Autonomous Governments within their geographical area, which compulsorily adopt technical standards for the prevention and management of risks in their territories to protect people, community and nature in their territorial ordering processes. The field investigation was carried out in the Clemente Baquerizo parish in the city of Babahoyo, a locality that has been working to apply contingency plans and prevention measures before the declaration of a health emergency, in addition to actions according to the provisions of the declaration of emergency. A form with five questions was applied to a population of 30 inhabitants of the sector. Public policies applied in emergencies respond to a need that arises unexpectedly, however, it was shown that their effectiveness and scope are related to co-responsibility and the inclusion of all parties involved to specify strategies that benefit the highest percentage of the population.

True-False Set is a particular case of the Refined Neutrosophic Set

Borzooei, Mohseni Takallo, and Jun recently proposed a new type of set, called True-False Set [1], and they claimed it is a generalization of Neutrosophic Set [2]. We prove that this assertion is untrue. Actually it’s the opposite, the True-False Set is a particular case of the Refined Neutrosophic Set..

An Introduction to Neutro-Fine Topology with Separation Axioms and Decision Making

The set which describes the uncertainty incident with three levels of attributes is entitled as a neutrosophic set. The unique collection of open sets which contains all types of open sets is termed as fine-open sets. The current study introduces a topology on merging these two sets, called neutro-fine topological space. Additionally, the approach of separation axioms is implemented in such space. Furthermore, the real-life application is examined as a decision-making problem in this space. The problem is to make an unfavorable query into a favorable one by determining the complement and absolute complement of such issued neutro-fine open sets. This problem desires to find a positive solution. The solving stepwise mechanism reveals in the algorithm, also formulae provide to compute the outcome with explanatory examples.

Neutrosophic Vague Incidence Graph

Vague sets gives more intuitive graphical notation of vague data, that devotes better analysis in information relationships, incompleteness and similarity measures. Neutrosophic graphs are used as a mathematical tool to kept an imprecise and unspecified information. In this paper, the neutrosophic vague incidence graphs are introduced. The edge-connectivity, vertex-connectivity and pair-connectivity in neutrosophic vague incidence graphs are established. The given results are illustrated with suitable example.
