Author Guidelines

The American Scientific Publishing Group (ASPG) provides a unified framework for manuscript preparation and submission across all its journals. Authors are advised to consult the specific scope of the journal to which they intend to submit, while following the general guidelines outlined below.

1. Submission Policy

Manuscripts must be submitted through the official online submission system of the respective journal. Submission of a manuscript implies that the work is original, has not been published previously (except as a preprint, abstract, or thesis), and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All authors must have approved the manuscript and agreed to its submission.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts may be submitted in any standard academic format at the initial submission stage. The use of a specific journal template is not required prior to peer review. Upon acceptance, manuscripts will be professionally edited, formatted, and typeset in accordance with the publication standards of the respective journal.

A typical manuscript should include:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Main text
  • References
  • Figures and tables (with captions)

3. Language

All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and professional English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the linguistic quality of their submissions prior to submission.

4. Authorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the work, including study design, data analysis, or manuscript preparation. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to be accountable for its content.

5. Corresponding Author

One author must be designated as the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the journal during the submission, review, and publication process, and for ensuring that all co-authors are informed of the manuscript status.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work. If no conflicts of interest exist, authors should explicitly state this in the manuscript.

7. Funding Information

All sources of financial support for the research must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript, including grant numbers where applicable.

8. Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to ensure that the data, materials, and code supporting the findings of the study are available where appropriate. If data cannot be shared, a clear justification should be provided.

9. Ethical Compliance

Authors must ensure that their work complies with applicable ethical standards in research and publication. Studies involving human participants or animals must have received appropriate ethical approval where required.

For full details, refer to the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

10. Preprints and Prior Dissemination

Submission of manuscripts previously shared as preprints or presented at conferences is permitted, provided that this is clearly disclosed by the authors. Authors are responsible for updating preprint records with the final published version when applicable.

11. ORCID

Authors are encouraged to provide their ORCID identifier to ensure accurate attribution and enhance the visibility of their research.

12. Submission System

All manuscripts must be submitted via the ASPG online submission system. Authors are required to select the target journal from the list of available journals and proceed using the corresponding submission link to initiate and complete the submission process.

Authors are encouraged to provide their ORCID identifier to ensure accurate attribution and enhance the visibility of their research.

13. Copyright and Licensing Policy

Authors agree to the publisher’s copyright and licensing terms upon acceptance (see the Copyright and Licensing Policy).
