A Short Remark on Vortex as Fluid Particle from Neutrosophic Logic perspective (Towards “fluidicle” or “vorticle” model of QED.)

In a previous paper in this journal (IJNS), it is mentioned about a possible approach to re-describe QED without renormalization route. As it is known that in literature, there are some attempts to reconcile vortex-based fluid dynamics and particle dynamics. Some attempts are not quite as fruitful as others. As a follow up to previous paper, the present paper will discuss two theorems for developing unification theories, and then point out some new proposals including by Simula (2020) on how to derive Maxwell equations in superfluid dynamics setting; this could be a new alternative approach towards “fluidicle” or “vorticle” model of QED. Further research is recommended in this new direction.

n-Refined Neutrosophic Vector Spaces

This paper introduces the concept of n-refined neutrosophic vector spaces as a generalization of neutrosophic vector spaces, and it studies elementary properties of them. Also, this work discusses some corresponding concepts such as weak/strong n-refined neutrosophic vector spaces, and n-refined neutrosophic homomorphisms.

A New Approach Of Neutrosophic Topological space

In this paper, a new approach of neutrosophic topological space (NA-NTS) is going to be introduced which is more general than neutrosophic topological space. Moreover, a new kind of neutrosophic sets and neutrosophic concepts in this new space is going to be created, which may makes us created a new kind in neutrosophic topology. We prove that a new approach of neutrosophic topological space is not a classical topological space. Also, a new approach of neutrosophic topological space is neither neutrosophic topological space nor neutrosophic crisp topological space. Many examples and theories are presented..

diabetic retionpathy detection

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is human eye disease among people with diabetics disease which damage retina of eye and may eventually lead to blindness. Detection of diabetic retinopathy in early stage is crucial to avoid blindness. Effective treatments for DR are present though it requires early detection and the continuous monitoring of diabetic patients. Also many physical tests like visual acuity test, pupil dilation, and optical coherence tomography can used to detect diabetic retinopathy but are time taking. The aim of our research is to give decision about the presence of diabetic retinopathy by applying machine learning classifying algorithms on features extracted from output of different retinal image. It will give accuracy of algorithm and which will be more accurate for prediction of the disease. Decision making for predicting the presence of diabetic retinopathy is performed using Transfer Learning.

Generalized Weighted Exponential Similarity Measures of Single Valued Neutrosophic Sets

A single valued neutrsophic set is one of the most successful extensions of the classical set, fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, Pythagorean fuzzy set and q-rung orthopair fuzzy set due to the fact that it can handle uncertain data in more wider way. In this paper, we introduce some new generalized weighted similarity measures based on the exponential functions defined on truth-membership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function of a single valued neutrosophic set to study the independent influences of the truth-membership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function. The salient features of these proposed similarity measures are studied in detail. Based on the proposed similarity measures, we propose a multi attribute decision making method. To show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, an investment decision making problem is demonstrated.

Privacy Preserving Data Sharing and Blockchain

Sharing the electronic health data helps to increase the accuracy of the diagnoses and to improve the quality of health services. This shared data can also be used in medical research and can reduce medical costs. However, health data are fragmented across decentralized hospitals, this prevents data sharing and puts patients’ privacy at risks. In recent years, blockchain has revealed solutions that make life easier in many areas thanks to its distributed, safe and immutable structure. There are many blockchain-based studies in the literature on providing data privacy and sharing in different areas. In some studies, blockchain has been used with technologies such as cloud computing and cryptology. In healthcare, blockchain has been proposed to be a promising solution to achieve electronic health data sharing with security and privacy preservation. In these solutions, private and consortium blockchain types are generally preferred and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and encryption are used for data privacy. Within the scope of this study, blockchain-based studies on the privacy preserving data sharing of health data were examined. In this paper, information about the studies in the literature and potential issues that can be studied in the future were discussed. In addition, information about current blockchain technologies such as smart contracts and PKI is also given.

Introduction to AntiGroups

The notion of AntiGroups is formally presented in this paper. A particular class of AntiGroups of type-AG[4] is studied with several examples and basic properties presented. In AntiGroups of type-AG[4], the existence of an inverse is taking to be totally false for all the elements while the closure law, the existence of identity element, the axioms of associativity and commutativity are taking to be either partially true, partially indeterminate or partially false for some elements. It is shown that some algebraic properties of the classical groups do not hold in the class of AntiGroups of type-AG[4]. Specifically, it is shown that intersection of two AntiSubgroups is not necessarily an AntiSubgroup and the union of two AntiSubgroups may be an AntiSubgroup. Also, it is shown that distinct left(right) cosets of AntiSubgroups of AntiGroups of type-AG[4] do not partition the AntiGroups; and that Lagranges’ theorem and fundamental theorem of homomorphisms of the classical groups do not hold in the class of AntiGroups of type-AG[4].

An augmented reality application for jewelry shopping

Developing an augmented reality-based application to place virtual replicas of objects instead of real jewelry in jewelry shops. A virtual object is superimposed on some target that appears to be a real one. The user must wear a marker (different for the corresponding item), and that particular item will be superimposed onto that. By utilizing ICP calculation, the recreation of 3D items is conceivable. The item will be overseen itself, as indicated by the client, continuously by utilizing HAAR. Payment integrations, user authentication, and order functionality have been integrated to make this app as competitive as other e-commerce applications.

Concepts of Neutrosophic Complex Numbers

In this paper, concept of neutrosophic complex numbers and its properties were presented inculding the conjugate of neutrosophic complex number, division of neutrosophic complex numbers, the inverted neutrosophic complex number and the absolute value of a neutrosophic complex number. Theories related to the conjugate of neutrosophic complex numbers are proved, the product of  a neutrosophic complex number by its conjugate equals the absolute value of number is also proved. This is an important introduction to define neutrosophic complex numbers in polar.
