Refined Neutrosophic Rings I

The notion of neutrosophic ring R(I) generated by the ring R and the indeterminacy component I was introduced for the first time in the literature by Vasantha Kandasamy and Smarandache in.12 Since then, fur-ther studies have been carried out on neutrosophic ring, neutrosophic nearring and neutrosophic hyperring see.1, 3, 4, 6–8 Recently, Smarandache10 introduced the notion of refined neutrosophic logic and neutrosophic set with the splitting of the neutrosophic components < T, I, F > into the form < T1, T2, . . . , Tp; I1, I2, . . . , Ir; F1, F2, . . . , Fs > where Ti, Ii, Fi can be made to represent different logical notions and concepts. In,11 Smarandache introduced refined neutrosophic numbers in the form (a, b1I1, b2I2, . . . , bnIn) where a, b1, b2, . . . , bn ∈ R or C. The concept of refined neutrosophic algebraic structures was introduced by Agboola in5 and in particular, refined neutrosophic groups and their substructures were studied. The present paper is devoted to the study of refined neutrosophic rings and their substructures. It is shown that every refined neutrosophic ring is a ring. For the purposes of this paper, it will be assumed that I splits into two indeterminacies I1 [contradiction (true (T) and false (F))] and I2 [ignorance (true (T) or false (F))]. Refined Neutrosophic Rings II

This paper is the continuation of the work started in the paper titled “Refined Neutrosophic Rings I”. In the present paper, we study refined neutrosophic ideals and refined neutrosophic homomorphisms along their elementary properties. It is shown that if R = Z(I1, I2) is a refined neutrosophic ring of integers and J = nZ(I1, I2) is a refined neutrosophic ideal of R, then R/J Zn(I1, I2).

Image and Inverse Image of Neutrosophic Cubic Sets in UP-Algebras under UP-Homomorphisms

The concept of a neutrosophic cubic set in a UP-algebra was introduced by Songsaeng and Iampan [Neu-trosophic cubic set theory applied to UP-algebras, 2019]. In this paper, we define the image and inverse image of a neutrosophic cubic set in a non-empty set under any function and study the image and inverse image of a neutrosophic cubic UP-subalgebra (resp., neutrosophic cubic near UP-filter, neutrosophic cubic UP-filter, neutrosophic cubic UP-ideal, neutrosophic cubic strong UP-ideal) of a UP-algebra under some UP-homomorphisms.

Linear and Non-Linear Octagonal Neutrosophic Numbers: Its Representation, α-Cut and Applications

In this paper, the primarily focus is to extend the concept of Octagonal Neutrosophic Numbers (ONN) since these numbers provide a wide range of applications while dealing with more fluctuations in the linguistic environment. Firstly, mathematical notions and definitions of Linear, Symmetric and Asymmetric types are proposed. Secondly, α-Cut is defined. Finally, a case study is done by using the TOPSIS technique of MCDM.

The Concept of Neutrosophic Limits in Real Sequences

The theory of neutrosophic limits is the natural step before developing the theory of neutrosophic continuous functions and developing the theory of neutrosophic differentiation. The goal of this work is to construct a new definition of the neutrosophic limits for real sequences using the distance as a linear operator. Some new theorems are presented to cover the theoretical notions of this topic and an illustrative example is presented to help the reader understanding the notions of this article.

Using Moving Averages To Pave The Neutrosophic Time Series

In this paper, were using moving averages to pave the Neutrosophic time series. similar to use moving averages to pave the classical time series. the difference, here were dealing with inaccurate data and values of the time series.in the Neutrosophic time series, each unit of time(t) corresponds to a range of values instead of a single value.  Finally, we find that the Neutrosophic time series provide an accurate description of the behavior of the series better than in the classic. Therefore, can predict the future of the series as accurately as possible.

Application of Pentagonal Neutrosophic Number in Shortest Path Problem

Real-human kind issues have distinct sort of ambiguity and among them; one of the critical troubles is solving the shortest path problem. In this contribution, we applied the developed score function and accuracy function of pentagonal neutrosophic number (PNN) into a shortage path selection problem. Further, a time dependent and heuristic cost function related shortest path algorithm is considered here in PNN area and solved it utilizing an influx of dissimilar rational & pioneer thinking. Lastly, estimation of total ideal time of the graph reflects the importance of this noble work.

The role of financial institutions in supporting entrepreneurial success: Case of Egypt

This paper investigates the Role of financial institutions in supporting entrepreneurial success in one of a very important emerging economy in the Middle East, Egypt. Also focuses on different tools used by either governmental or non-governmental agencies   that contributes to help entrepreneurs starting their jobs, and as a result, achieving the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Throughout the paper, reports various documents and academic literature were presented to determine the different types of sustainable development financing instruments available. Moreover, the various financial services provided by governmental and nongovernmental sectors are reviewed. Also, different types of challenges that may face entrepreneurs are also discussed. The interrelationships among those agencies as well as other technical support agencies are formulated in an integrated framework that describes the nature and direction of those relationships for the purpose of providing an adequate support to Egyptian entrepreneurs in various economic sectors.
