Aim and Scope
The International Journal of Advances in Applied Computational Intelligence (IJAACI) is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the development, analysis, and application of computational intelligence methods for solving complex problems in science, engineering, and intelligent information systems.
The journal publishes original research and review articles that present clear methodological, algorithmic, or analytical contributions. Emphasis is placed on studies that combine computational innovation with rigorous formulation, validation, and practical relevance. The journal particularly welcomes research on:
Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Deep learning and neural networks
Fuzzy systems and uncertainty modelling
Evolutionary computation and swarm intelligence
Intelligent optimization and metaheuristic algorithms
Hybrid and ensemble computational intelligence models
Pattern recognition and predictive analytics
Computer vision, image processing, and signal analysis
Robotics, automation, and intelligent control
Cybersecurity and intelligent threat detection
Internet of Things and smart systems
Healthcare, agriculture, engineering, and industrial applications
Data-driven decision support and intelligent information systems
Manuscripts should demonstrate a substantive contribution to computational intelligence through the development, enhancement, integration, or rigorous evaluation of intelligent methods. Studies that only apply standard algorithms without adequate novelty, analytical depth, or comparative validation are generally outside the journal’s scope.
