In this paper, we intend to utilize the ideas of Neuα-open and Neusα-open sets to distinguish several novel conceptions of weakly neutrosophic continuous functions, for instance; -continuous, Neuα**-continuous , Neusα-continuous, Neusα*-continuous and Neusα**-continuous functions. Moreover, we will describe the interactions among these thoughts of weakly neutrosophic continuous functions. Mathematics Subject Classification (2010): 54A05, 54B05.

A hybrid assessment method of a group’s overall performance with respect to a certain activity is developed in this paper using soft and neutrosophic sets as tools and it is applied for student assessment. The present method is compared with another method developed in an earlier authors’ work, which uses soft sets and grey numbers as tools for the assessment.

The objective of this paper is to study algebraic properties of complex neutrosophic matrices, where a necessary and sufficient condition for the invertibility of a complex square neutrosophic matrix is presented by defining the complex neutrosophic determinant. On the other hand, this work introduces the concept of neutrosophic characteristic polynomial and neutrosophic Cayley-Hamilton theorem for the complex case.

In this paper we define a novel neutrosophic differential equation by using neutrosophic thick function. In addition, we present the concept of Laplace transformation on neutrosophic thick function and apply this transformation to solve some neutrosophic differential equations. Also, we illustrate many examples to clarify the methods and algorithms.

This paper is dedicated to define for the first time the concept of 2-cyclic complex refined neutrosophic numbers as a direct application of 2-cyclic refined neutrosophic sets. Also, it presents some of their elementary properties such as conjugates, absolute values, invertibility, and algebraic operations. Also, we illustrate many examples to clarify the validity of our discussion
