Author Guidelines

The American Scientific Publishing Group (ASPG) provides a unified framework for manuscript preparation and submission across all its journals. Authors are advised to consult the specific scope of the target journal while following the general guidelines outlined below.

1. Submission Policy

Manuscripts must be submitted through the official ASPG online submission system. Authors are required to select the appropriate journal and follow the submission instructions provided.

Submission of a manuscript implies that:

  • - The work is original and has not been published previously (except as a preprint or abstract);
  • - The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere;
  • - All authors have approved the submission.

2. Types of Articles

ASPG journals typically publish:

  • - Research Articles
  • - Review Papers
  • - Case Studies

3. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts may be submitted in any standard academic format at the initial submission stage. Strict adherence to a specific journal template or structure is not required prior to peer review. Upon acceptance, manuscripts will be professionally formatted in accordance with the journal’s publication standards.

Authors are encouraged to organize their manuscripts in a clear and logical structure. A typical research article may include the following components:

  • - Title
  • - Abstract
  • - Keywords
  • - Introduction
  • - Methodology / Materials and Methods
  • - Results
  • - Discussion
  • - Conclusions
  • - References
  • - Figures and Tables (with captions)

The structure may vary depending on the type of article and the conventions of the research field.

4. Language

All manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English. Authors are responsible for ensuring linguistic quality prior to submission.

5. Authorship and Contributions

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the work. Authors are encouraged to provide a clear statement of individual contributions within the manuscript.

6. Corresponding Author

One author must be designated as the corresponding author, responsible for communication throughout the submission and publication process.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work. If none exist, authors should state:

“The authors declare no conflict of interest.”

8. Funding Information

All sources of financial support must be clearly disclosed, including grant numbers where applicable.

9. Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to ensure that data, materials, and code supporting the findings are available where appropriate. A data availability statement should be included in the manuscript where applicable.

10. Ethical Compliance

Authors must ensure compliance with applicable ethical standards. Studies involving human participants or animals must have received appropriate ethical approval.

For full details, refer to the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

11. Preprints and Prior Dissemination

Submission of manuscripts previously shared as preprints or presented at conferences is permitted, provided this is disclosed.

12. ORCID

Authors are encouraged to provide their ORCID identifier to ensure accurate attribution and visibility.

13. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo editorial screening followed by peer review. Further details are available in the Peer Review Process.

14. Submission Checklist

Before submission, authors should ensure that:

  • - The manuscript fits the journal scope
  • - All authors have approved the submission
  • - References are complete and properly formatted
  • - Ethical and funding statements are included
  • - Figures and tables are properly labeled
