Srinivasa Rao Neutrosophic set theory is applied to lattice implication algebra, and the concept of neutrosophic filters and neutrosophic lattice filters in lattice implication algebra are introduced. Several properties are investigated.  Characterizations of a neutrosophic filter are discussed.
