The study will also inform global entrepreneurs regarding the importance and application of KM in workplaces. The research will also evaluate the contribution of KM to career development and opportunities for the employees. Modern organizations need to enhance their products and services continue to be the first choice of customers. The KM has enabled organizations to determine the changing demands and requirements of customers.
