This research aims to develop quality procedures for implementing Manufacturing Integration Modeling (FIM) in engineering firms. The study is of significant importance in enhancing efficiency, productivity, and fostering collaboration among different departments, while mitigating risks and ensuring safety. The research addresses challenges[1] such as difficulties in accessing information, participant availability, and data consistency, and poses questions on improving quality management procedures to tackle these challenges.
