Robert N. Boyd          Regarding origin of masses, first we shall realize that Boltzmann's "constant" fails over large spans of time and over large distances. (Boltzmann publicly apologized for the errors intrinsic in   his constant but could not find any way to repair the value of the constant so as to be in exact agreement with what actually happens in the real world, in real time.)
